Why We Are Bringing IMPACT To Charleston
IIMPACT Players started in Seattle, WA and has proven to be an effective way to reach men who have given up on church, or walked away from organized religion. As IMPACT has expanded in the Pacific Northwest, we have come to believe, "If it can work in Seattle, it can work anywhere." The reality is, wherever you live, there are men around you who are looking for a band of brothers to help them grow as husbands, fathers, and leaders. Warren and his wife Leah went to college at Wingate University outside of Charlotte, and served at two churches in Georgetown, SC and Florence, SC before they moved to Seattle, WA in 2012. Now, they feel a calling to take this work of IMPACT Players to the families in greater Charleston, believing this is an important place for men to be reached.

Warren Mainard is an IMPACT Player. He is a son, husband, father, friend and leader. With nearly 30 years of ministry and leadership experience, Warren brings enthusiasm, vision, and catalytic energy wherever he goes. Warren has been married to Leah, the love of his life for over 26 years. He is all about the #dadlife, embracing his role to father his 21 year old daughter Krista and 18 year old son Micah. After many years and many lessons learned, Warren has a deep understanding and empathy for the challenges and joys of marriage and parenting. Warren is a coach, consultant, speaker and visionary. A prolific writer, Warren has written nearly 20 IMPACT Players Coaching curriculums, plus other books, articles and blogs. He loves serving and building friendships with others and would love to connect with you. Warren and Leah are entering a new season of marriage and ministry together as Warren is taking the role of National Director of IMPACT Players and working to expand IMPACT Nationwide, including the launch of a new chapter of IMPACT in Charleston, SC.

- I am left-handed and dyslexic, so everything I do is backwards.
- I coach tennis and play pickleball (always up for a game).
- Leah is a voice and piano instructor and both our kids are musical. I am their biggest fan!
- I love going on date nights with my wife.
- Favorite musical groups - Switchfoot, Needtobreathe, U2, David Gray, KB, Andy Mineo, 80's pop/rock, and 90's Christian music (DC Talk anyone?)
